Our main business activities are divided into three key areas:
This division focuses on the supply and installation of specialist heating and air conditioning systems.
Our services range from the installation of small split heat pump systems, typically installed in a home or office, through to large central plant projects for multi-storey commercial buildings.
At the completion of every project, and before handing over to the client, our engineers test the equipment to ensure all results meet factory specifications. On-site tuition is then given to ensure the customer has complete understanding of the operation and the controls of the unit.
We believe servicing and routine maintenance is an inherent part of any air conditioning system, especially if it is to perform correctly and to the manufacturer's specification. Running costs can also be reduced if the equipment is performing to its optimum.
As part of our maintenance contracts, all necessary routine maintenance activities are covered and included.

We have registered Licensed Building Practitioners (LBP's) who will carry out inspections of air conditioning plants and equipment. Our LBP's will provide customers with the necessary annual certification required by the Local Authority and in compliance with the Building Act.
Trained and qualified service technicians provide complete service support for our clients' HEVAC equipment on a 24 hour basis.
Through the Carrier dealer network we are able to provide service for any installation we are responsible for throughout New Zealand.
