At Temperature Solutions we take the time to understand your commercial requirements. We have a large number of options to consider when determining the system and model that is right for you.
Our on-site visit will take note of the space dimensions, insulation, specifics regarding zones, eg. North and South facing, as well as the purpose and particular requirements of the area.
Listed below are some of the typical commercial HEVAC systems recommended by us.
> Heat Pumps. The most popular models include single and ducted heat pump systems, usually wall or ceiling mounted. Retail environments are often fitted with ceiling suspended split heat pump systems, whereas light commercial and office spaces typically use wall mounted heat pumps.
> VRV (Variable Refrigerant Volume) Systems. The design uses the latest in inverter technology. Typical VRV installations include mounted cassette or ducted multi systems, and are ideal for retrofit buildings. VRV systems are suitable for one or multi level buildings and allows individual control of separate areas. There is a wide range of indoor units including multi directional 2 and 4 way cassettes.
> Air Ventilation Only Systems. Excellent for primarily maintaining fresh air supply to the building, to meet building code requirements. Air can be preheated (chill removed) and/or filtered.

> Extract Ventilation Systems. For those specific areas needing greater ventilation. Often used in commercial restaurants near the cooking areas (commercial stainless steel hoods), in contaminated areas where there are undesired fumes, and bathroom/toilet areas.
> Process Coolers for maintaining IT/Computer Rooms. These specific work areas require precise control of temperature and humidity levels. Specialist air conditioning systems known as 'Process Coolers' are recommended for these particular spaces. Whether it's for a small server room, or a larger computer suite, a high performance system is required. Process Cooler systems are perfect for this - robust, sensitive to temperature change, and specifically designed for the 24x7 workload.
> Other Custom-designed HEVAC systems. We can discuss this with you when we meet.
Furthermore, there are various remote control options for indoor units. Options include wired and wireless remote controllers, simple wall mounted web based controllers, and i-Text.
Other Specific Commercial Services
> Maintenance of Cooling Towers. Many highrise buildings have, as part of their air conditioning system, a cooling tower. We provide a regular (weekly to monthly) testing and maintenance service to prevent likely diseases, eg. Legionella, becoming established.
